1. Purpose of the Vault

The Vault exists to store rare, unreleased, exclusive, historic, and premium Freeze W1ck content.

2. Terms Acceptance

By entering the Vault you automatically accept all 69 sections.

3. Eligibility

Vault access requires an active Freeze Gang+ or Freeze Gang++ subscription.

4. Identification Requirement

All users must be logged into their own account to access Vault pages.

5. Non Transfer Clause

Accounts cannot be shared, lent, rented, traded, sold, or borrowed.

6. Leak Prohibition

No files, screenshots, images, text, video, audio, or concepts can be reposted publicly.

7. Redistribution Ban

Vault content cannot appear on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, or any public platform.

8. Private Sharing Ban

You cannot DM Vault content to friends, family, coworkers, opps, or your mom.

9. Export Ban

You are not allowed to download and reupload Vault material anywhere.

10. Alteration Ban

You cannot remix, edit, modify, distort, or transform Vault content.

11. AI Training Ban

Vault content cannot be used to train AI models.

12. Commercial Use Ban

You cannot monetize Vault content in any form.

13. Reference Ban

You cannot publicly reference unreleased lore without permission.

14. Lore Spoiler Ban

Story arcs inside the Vault cannot be spoiled outside of the Vault.

15. Freeze Gang Respect

All users must treat Vault content as Freeze Gang sacred material.

16. Internal Community Rule

Vault members cannot fight each other over interpretations or lore.

17. Archiving Ban

Saving Vault content into personal cloud drives or backups is prohibited.

18. Screenshot Detection

Repeated suspicious screenshot attempts may trigger auto review.

19. Watermark System

Freeze Gang reserves the right to watermark or tag files.

20. Audit Rights

Freeze W1ck may check account activity for suspicious usage.

21. Subscription Misuse

Using stolen cards, stolen accounts, or fraudulent methods is banned.

22. Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued after Vault access is used.

23. Termination Rights

Freeze W1ck can revoke Vault access if rules are broken.

24. Reinstatement

Users can appeal a ban by emailing the official contact address.

25. Freeze Gang++ Exclusive

Full Vault members receive extra rules regarding unreleased songs.

26. Song Leak Warning

Leaking unreleased audio results in permanent ban and blacklist.

27. File Ownership

All Vault files remain 100 percent property of Freeze W1ck.

28. Content Evolution

Vault items can be updated, replaced, or removed at any time.

29. Early Access Rules

Early versions of tracks cannot be compared publicly to final ones.

30. Lore Continuity Rule

Vault-exclusive lore cannot override canon unless Freeze says so.

31. Spoiler Path Protection

Users cannot reveal plotlines, timelines, or upcoming arcs outside Vault.

32. No Fan Reuploads

Fans cannot use Vault images for thumbnails or cover art.

33. No Bootlegging

Creating physical copies of Vault files is banned.

34. Group Sharing Ban

Sharing Vault content inside group chats is prohibited.

35. No Reverse Engineering

You cannot decode, extract, decompile, or rip files from the site.

36. FreezeGate Clause

Attempts to bypass paywalls permanently restrict access.

37. Device Limit

Users must only use personal devices they directly own.

38. Behavioral Standard

Toxic behavior inside Vault chats can result in removal.

39. Impersonation Ban

Users cannot pretend to be Freeze W1ck or staff.

40. Screenshot Posting Ban

Posting screenshots of Vault menus or thumbnails is not allowed.

41. Fan Fiction Rules

Vault content cannot be used in fan fiction without permission.

42. Art Creation Rule

You cannot redraw or resell Vault-exclusive artwork.

43. Album Leak Clause

Full Vault leaks of COPYRIGHT, R3LOADED, WRLD 3ND 2, or OG collections are an instant ban.

44. W1CKLAND Protection

Leak of lore maps or character sheets is strictly prohibited.

45. Trading Card Security

Vault card files cannot be printed, traded, or replicated.

46. FreezeWiki Integration

Vault content may appear later in FreezeWiki when Freeze approves.

47. No Collab Claims

Users cannot claim to be collaborating with Freeze from Vault materials.

48. Vault Research Rule

Lore researchers must cite sources internally, not publicly.

49. OG Artifact Clause

Historic early tracks cannot be discussed outside the Vault until official release.

50. Freeze M4ya Material

Vault exclusive M4ya content cannot be exported or reposted.

51. Chat Logs Protection

User discussions inside the Vault cannot be shared publicly.

52. Community Respect

Do not harass or stalk other Vault members.

53. Power Abuse Ban

Users cannot sell their interpretations or early access.

54. Auto Removal

Accounts inactive for long periods may be reviewed.

55. Multi Account Ban

Creating multiple accounts to bypass rules is forbidden.

56. Replacement Clause

Freeze W1ck may replace or remove content to maintain lore accuracy.

57. “Don’t Ask Freeze” Rule

Users cannot beg Freeze to leak content early.

58. Spoiler Embargo

Vault spoilers must remain inside for at least 6 months after release.

59. Public Discussion Boundary

You may only discuss officially released content publicly.

60. Pre Release Lyrics

Unreleased lyrics cannot be copied, quoted, or referenced.

61. Song Idea Protection

Vault song concepts cannot be recreated by fans.

62. FreezeVerse Assets

Maps, timelines, character images, and Freezimon are protected.

63. Membership Tier Switching

Switching tiers may remove access depending on timing.

64. Subscription Cancellation

Users must cancel manually, and losing access removes rights.

65. Enforcement

Freeze W1ck staff decide punishments for violations.

66. No Drama Rule

Vault is not a place for real world beef.

67. Financial Misuse Ban

Chargebacks on Vault access result in permanent blacklist.

68. Future Amendments

Freeze W1ck may update the policy at any time.

69. Honor Code

By entering the Vault, you swear loyalty to Freeze Gang and agree to protect the content like it's your own stash.
