Shipping Policy

Section 1 - Processing Time

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Standard processing is 2 to 7 business days depending on product type.

Section 2 - Printify Fulfillment

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped through Printify’s network of print providers. Production timelines vary by provider and product.

Section 3 - Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or unforeseen events.

Section 4 - Domestic Shipping

Orders within the United States typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days after processing.

Section 5 - International Shipping

International orders may take 10 to 30 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Section 6 - Tracking Numbers

A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.

Section 7 - Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Section 8 - Carrier Responsibility

Freeze Gang is not responsible for carrier delays or errors once the order has left our fulfillment partner.

Section 9 - Customs Duties

International buyers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Section 10 - Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, shipping speed, and destination.

Section 11 - Free Shipping Promotions

Any free shipping promotion is subject to limitations and may only apply to certain regions.

Section 12 - PO Boxes

Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. If entered, your order may be delayed or canceled.

Section 13 - APO and FPO

Orders to APO or FPO addresses may have extended delivery times.

Section 14 - Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Section 15 - Address Corrections

Freeze Gang cannot guarantee corrections once the order has been placed.

Section 16 - Returned Packages

Packages returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional fees.

Section 17 - Package Theft

Freeze Gang is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen.

Section 18 - Lost Packages

Lost packages must be reported to the carrier. Freeze Gang may assist but cannot guarantee replacement.

Section 19 - Damaged Items in Transit

If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify Freeze Gang within 7 days with photo evidence.

Section 20 - Signature Requirements

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery at the discretion of the carrier.

Section 21 - Holiday Delays

Orders placed near holidays may be subject to extended processing and delivery times.

Section 22 - Weather Delays

Severe weather events may delay shipments.

Section 23 - Pre Orders

Pre order items will ship once available. Estimated ship dates will be provided but are subject to change.

Section 24 - Backordered Items

If an item is on backorder, customers will be notified by email.

Section 25 - Order Changes

Orders cannot be changed once in production.

Section 26 - Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before they enter production.

Section 27 - Shipping Confirmation

Customers will receive an email confirmation once the order has shipped.

Section 28 - Tracking Updates

Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update.

Section 29 - Invalid Tracking

If tracking is invalid after 5 business days, contact Freeze Gang support.

Section 30 - Delivery Confirmation

Orders are considered delivered once marked as such by the carrier.

Section 31 - Reshipment Policy

Reshipments for returned or undeliverable packages may require additional shipping fees.

Section 32 - Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact Freeze Gang support within 7 days.

Section 33 - Carrier Choice

Carriers are selected at the discretion of Printify or Freeze Gang.

Section 34 - International Restrictions

Certain products may not be available in all countries due to legal or customs restrictions.

Section 35 - Packaging Materials

Orders are shipped using Printify provider packaging. Freeze Gang branding may not appear.

Section 36 - Environmental Considerations

Some packaging may include recycled or eco friendly materials.

Section 37 - Bulk Orders

Large orders may require extended processing and separate shipments.

Section 38 - Oversized Items

Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges.

Section 39 - Undeliverable Orders

Orders deemed undeliverable by the carrier will be returned to sender.

Section 40 - Incorrect Product Description

In the rare case of a description error, Freeze Gang reserves the right to cancel or amend the order.

Section 41 - Fraud Prevention

Suspicious orders may be delayed or canceled pending verification.

Section 42 - Order Holds

Orders may be placed on hold for payment verification or address confirmation.

Section 43 - Shipping Liability

Liability transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier.

Section 44 - Third Party Shipping Services

Freeze Gang is not responsible for third party redirection services.

Section 45 - Refused Deliveries

Refused deliveries may incur restocking and reshipping fees.

Section 46 - Time Sensitive Orders

Freeze Gang cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates unless otherwise stated.

Section 47 - Weekend Deliveries

Weekend deliveries are subject to carrier availability.

Section 48 - Local Delivery

Freeze Gang does not currently offer local delivery or pickup options.

Section 49 - Currency Conversion

Shipping costs shown at checkout may reflect currency conversion rates.

Section 50 - Multi Country Orders

Orders shipping to multiple countries require separate checkouts.

Exchanges are not available for Printify fulfilled products.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

Refunds may not be available for international shipments depending on carrier policies.

Defective products must be reported within 7 days with photo evidence.

Customers agree to first resolve disputes with Freeze Gang before initiating chargebacks.

All shipments comply with local, state, federal, and international shipping laws.

Some products may not be exported to specific countries.

Section 65 - Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the package.

Section 66 - Force Majeure

Freeze Gang is not liable for shipping delays caused by events outside reasonable control.
